When we ordered (pizza salami and pizza scampi) there the first time (for delivery), we were actually very impressed with the pizza (there were a lot of crabs on the pizza scampi - which was good). It was so delicious that we overlooked the rudeness and ordered again. The second time (same order) the pizzas were no longer crispy, spicy and the pizza scampi only had five (not a fictitious number) scampi on it. Since the pizza scampi was topped differently, we would have welcomed the information about it very much) The rudeness remained the same. Yesterday's order (and also the last order) was a disaster. There was no cheese on it, a huge amount of sauce, not a bit crispy and completely tasteless. The only thing that really stays the same at Serenea is the rudeness
Real Italian food as real Italian! Delicious. Great wine selection and great ambience. We loved it and will be back.
Super delicious food with nice service in a family atmosphere (small but nice) Thank you Massive and gladly again at any time ;-)
The food is absolutely recommendable and the service is very nice. π We will definitely be back ...
Top!!!
Very tasty, cozy, friendly and cheap. We would love to come back.
We were very happy to find an open restaurant in Bad MΓΌnstereifel on Sunday at 8 p.m. Although we didn't have a choice, the food didn't disappoint. The salad was excellent and the pasta tasty.
We dined with them recently. Delicious Flammkuchen.
Very good food and a good atmosphere ... gladly again ... the seats are very popular
The children's portion of penne with tomato sauce consisted of 10 noodles and the service is cheeky ... The question of a table for 5 people was already too much because she had to re-stock it. The pizza was good. We will probably not stop there again.
Fine pizza eaten here.
Nice restaurant and very well sat and ate outside with two people. The mussels are highly recommended!
Tasty, fair prices and a terrace overlooking the river
- loveless tarte flambΓ©e which firstly was not completely baked and secondly looked like a clap. We also didn't get full either. The service was a bit verbose and made an unmotivated impression. We learned from another waitress that the previous one couldn't speak a word of German. That explained a lot. The two points are only for location.
Small Italian restaurant.Good prices and delicious food.Enjoy outside in summer.
Really great pizza, the other pizzeria in town was closed for the day and Serena was incredibly busy. We sat inside (was actually nice due to the extremely hot weather). Pizzas did take a while but this was due to the amount of customers, the staff were very attentive and professional, a huge difference to the normal students manning restaurants today. The pizza's were perfect, made to order with a few items added and removed as requested. Lovely location, recommended and hope to return.
Very friendly courteous staff including chefπpizza was very tasty. Restaurant is very cozy and very clean. Prices are absolutely acceptable.
The location is great and idyllic but the rest is a disaster. Service including the boss are rude. Got the wrong drinks and had to drink or leave them. Feeling good is something else ....
Very good solution for keeping distance outside with partitions. Service, food and ambience very good. We will be back.
My family of 4 enjoyed a late lunch at Serena. Server spoke just enough English to answer & attend to my lactose intolerant question. Service was timely and food was very good. Menu had a wide variety of options. My 6 year old had a child Spaghetti Bolognese, my 4 yo had a cheese pizza, my husband had lasagna, and I had Zuppe Pesce (tomato based). Art decor was super fun! Bathrooms were clean & small! Modest bill price. *Note Serena closes between 15:15-17:30 for a short break. Definitely recommend visiting Bad MΓΌnstereifel for dining and shopping with the family!
Pizza tasteless, thick dough and sometimes with the smell of raw dough. Although it seems to be baked in a special oven. There are very few fillings, you can count the number on fingers. Price about 9-10 euros. For what - it is not clear. Desserts are sweet in Italian cafes are cheaper, it is better to eat them. Pizza is not cut into pieces, you need to do it yourself. I know that this is the Italian form of serving real pizza, but it is very inconvenient. More here we will not go, I do not recommend.
The food is very good, the place too! In the shade right on the Ahr ... perfect! Negative: neither the really fix and courteous service nor the boss was (even after a VERY good tip) a smile to wrestle ... but that's not her job!

We were there for the first time and we loved it. The food was really delicious. We had the pizza bread with garlic, two pizzas and tortellini with gorgonzola sauce. We only took pictures of the dessert, we were recommended Tiramiu and Tartufo Limoncello and we did not regret it. We just did not need the cream π Go and make yourself a picture! π
food taste good. we arrived around 21:00 and all other restaurants already closed. here was still open but waitress was not very happy with us. maybe was to late for them.
Great pizza ππππ
In general most things are of good quality, but some orders got messed up and the panna cotta is more gelatine than anything else. That aside everything is great!
Very unfriendly staff they forgot to serve a dish on a table of four what resulted in one person not eating. The staff didn't notice one person wasn't eating . When receiving the bill the dish was on it !!! When asking the staff if they didn't think something was wrong they said no. When pointing out the problem the waitress didn't even listen and acted like she didn't even care what we had to say. If you want to be treated bad by unqualified staff please go there.
